Don’t waste your time, truly! We scheduled a service and were given a window of 1-5pm. We waited until 5pm and called to see if anyone was coming still. I was assured that someone was on their way, just running a little behind. So, we waited until 6pm.. still nothing. I called again and was then told that no one was coming and that nothing could be done. To say the least, we are absolutely livid. This was an emergency and was noted as such from the beginning, it’s amazing to me that this company has as high of a rating as it does. If I could give zero stars, I most definitely would!

Both the tech and inspector were great . Kept in contact with us and answered all our questions and emails and texts anytime we contacted them. Joe and Chris were great. Chris even carried our linens to the basement for us

Eric just completed our home annual inspection inside and out. It was the first time that Eric was at our home . I was very impressed with Eric's professionalism, he took his time and I can honestly tell you he did a very good inspection. Eric checked and saw a few things that all others did not , he took extra time to address matters. Little things like this make a huge difference to me as a long time customer. I will ask for his return next year

Horrible experience from start to finish. Improper billing from the beginning, combined with no support from the local office. Customer support is at a call center and will transfer you or drop calls when you try to learn about your account. If you’re lucky enough to get in touch with the local office, Chris is useless. Could not give me a breakdown of my bill, said “this isn’t his job” when I asked, and also would not forward me to a manager or give me a manager’s name. I’ve been trying for months to cancel my service and I continue to receive charges on my account without the services to show for it. STAY AWAY from this business unless you want to waste time and money.

Eric was fantastic. Kind, competent, thorough, and fast. He even noticed a gas leak outside of the house, that was immediately repaired by the gas company. Eric needs a raise!

He went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of and never once made me feel like I was a problem despite numerous calls and texts to him.
