Scheduled an appointment online and received confirmation of date and Time of my appointment and on the day nobody called or showed up to my home. Not only had I left work early but wasted my time for nothing. EDIT: not long after posting this review I was contacted by a manager who was very apologetic was not aware technician did not show to my appointment. He credited me my initial service and second appointment to resolve the issue. The technician who came out was amazing.

Technician contacted me to notify me of the date and block of time of his arrival and informed me that the exterior of the home was schedule to be serviced. He also inquired if I needed additional attention inside for pest. I replied that I did. I was notified when he was on his way and was provided a link on which he could be tracked. He was polite and knowledgeable. He had serviced my home before. I like that the same technician comes but I also realize that this might not always be possible

Miles has been servicing my townhome for months now. He's very thorough and knowledgeable about his work. . My apartment complex supplies us with their own formula of treatment, but it just wasn't working. Since he's been coming regularly, we've seen a decrease in pest.
