Joshua is wonderful everytime. You can really tell he cares about his customers. He had a hole in his sock which had me concerned that maybe terminix doesn't pay enough. When I asked him he said "I work so hard I work holes in them" and I believe him because he does work hard. He even vacuumed the back of my fridge before treatment!

If I could give 10 stars I would! My tech Joshua was amazing and so very friendly. He informed me on what he was doing before he did it and he even gave me tips on how to maintain the integrity of the service until our next visit! He was absolutely amazing!

Had a rough start initially but today I met Ken who will be doing my house from now on and he was very helpful and efficient. We had purchased 2 bait traps from the man who gave us the initial quote but never received them. Ken resolved that issue for me . The man who came and gave us the original quote was rather rude and I was hesitant to sign on. They sent 2 men from another area to do the initial visit and they did a good job but didn't have everything needed because it was an unscheduled visit. I'm confident that everything will run smoothly now that we will be having the same technician.

Our Was wonderful as always. However, he appeared unannounced not counting the 10 minute heads up I received that he Was "on the way". Therefore, we were NOT prepared Resulting in only a partial treatment.

I have been using your service for the last 20 years. You guys have had some really good employees and some not so good through the changing of time. I really appreciate Pete his kindness his professionalism. I don’t have to ask him to do something. He already gets it done. Taking the web off around the house sprained inside and out. And being nice and patient with my dogs. He lets me know before he comes and when he’s outside, it is much appreciated. When you are asking in your survey, which service did I get? It is my three month routine sprain. I’m not really quite sure which one it qualifies under your question.

We contacted Terminix specifically asking if they could treat fruit flies/house flies. We were told yes. The first technician came out and did nothing more than spot-spray individual flies he happened to see with a handheld aerosol can (no explanation of what chemical was used) and left us one sticky trap. That was the entirety of the “service.” We were then charged $191, which we have not paid due to the lack of any meaningful treatment or results. A second technician was later sent out, who only sprayed around the house and left. No improvement, no explanation, no real treatment plan—just another charge of over $100, which we also have not paid. We still have the same fly problem we originally called about. I attempted to contact Terminix twice to explain why we would not be paying for services that were ineffective and did not match what we were promised. Both attempts went nowhere—I could not get through to anyone who seemed capable of addressing the issue. Now, instead of resolving the problem, Terminix has sent a letter threatening to send us to collections. Paying nearly $300 for someone to spray flies on sight and leave a single sticky trap is unacceptable. Poor service, poor communication, and even worse customer support.
