I just received a robo call asking me to try your services for mosquito treatment. I cant for the life of me understand why you would think I'd want more services from you when I cant get you to service the account I have at present. You dont show up for appointments. Your guy shows up 3 days ahead of an appointment and then argues he had an appointment. 2 or 3 more appointments were a no show and even after I've talked to corporate office and the manager of local office, still no show. Meanwhile, now, I cant even get the manager to answer a phone call. Please, sir, DO BETTER.

Always reliable. Asks each quarterly visit for any issues and I usually don’t have any Sprays outer perimeter to prevent any issues. He (Jesse Bradley) came out one time when I called to get rid of wasps in the ground. He came out, put on his white suit and headgear and took care of the problem!😊

Michael did a fantastic job. He listened to our issues (Terminix scheduling is horrible), and he offered suggestions on how to handle it for the future. He also went out of his way to ensure all bait stations were installed properly and were good to go. This has not happpened in a while…again due to horrible scheduling and timing with Terminix. I would like to keep Michael as our primary POC for all things related to Terminix.

Installer was good, but didn't take the old pieces out (or up) Price is a bit high , not sure if I would do it again after seeing other prices.
