I set up an appointment for them to come out the tech was almost 2 hours late. He did not eliminate the issue after he said it would not be hard and all would be gone that day! called them back 2 days later after the issue was still there. They said the tech would be in contact via phone that day or the next day and either way they would send a tech out that day or the next day. They never called nor showed up. I canceled my services and asked for a partial refund, and they refused that because I canceled my services. I had taken 3 days off work to make sure I would be there for them, and they never showed! When I called to resolve the issue, she told me I would have to take another day off work and that other things came up is why I did not receive a call and why no one showed up when I was told they would. I would never use them again nor would I ever recommend them to anyone. They are rude do not provide services they say nor are they on time.

This driver was on his phone the entire time from the main bridge from Northport to Tuscaloosa till we passed him exiting on McFarland. Dec. 30th at 12:20pm. I have no need to use Terminix because I live away, but for the safety of others, drivers need to keep attention on the road.

I took time out of work to be home for a service scheduled one day, and they never showed. I called the guy who called me the night before to confirm, and he never answered. I called the office, and they said they rescheduled for another day, and they still never showed. No one answered their phone, I was completely ignored. Will not be recommending Terminix to friends and family.

An absolute nightmare to get in touch with. There is absolutely no way to speak with a local representative without going through the national service. I don't understand why anyone would use them when communication with virtually every other pest control or termite bond service is so much easier. And THEN on top of that, they're expensive.
