Terminix has had horrible service and stolen our money. They have delayed and delayed and delayed termite repair, insisting on evaluation after evaluation and also by then delaying those evaluations. We have been paying customers for years and they keep giving us the run around. This is costing us thousands of dollars by making us delay renting our facility. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism by this company. Kim verbally stated the next appointment was to finally come out and FIX our home then we get a call only for them to say they are coming out to treat (spray) and evaluating the home to see what needs to be done. That evaluation was done weeks ago so (which should have been done months ago) so why are we reevaluating?!? We’re at the point of seeking legal council. Also, keep in mind that if we’ve been paying for treatment for years, there should have never been a need to fix a termite problem. This company is a joke. Don’t waste your money or be loyal customers like we mistakenly were.

It's convenient to have the outside of the house treated and the inside of the house doesn't have any issues with pests. We always know when our technician is coming ahead of time and he always provides a detailed report after each visit.
