Stephen Dunham our Certified Inspector, has been so helpful in assisting my mother’s house with competitive pricing, a very thorough inspection, and honest caring help. Santiago Gonzales our Certified Pest Technician, was great at making sure that all areas were treated for pests. Victor with Terminix is awesome! He always shows up when he says he is going to be here. He is helpful and communicates with us so that we get the services that we need for our pest control. He also is concerned about the welfare of our dogs and ensures that he isn't using any products that could cause harm to them. We appreciate him!!!

I have been a Terminix customer for approximately seven years and Victor Lopez has been my technician. Victor is always punctual, pleasant, and friendly. He is knowledgeable about the different pests and rodents and has always answered any questions/concerns I have. Victor is also very thorough when he treats the inside and outside of my home…overall extremely pleased with the service he provides.

Terminix-Victor has been my bug guy for a couple of years now, and he is awesome! He always texts me a few days before my service to remind me he's coming, which I definitely need, and in emergencies (like when I found a scorpion in my bed this past summer) he can always fit me in for a service call. During service calls, he is quick and meticulous, and he always asks about current bug/critter concerns. You can really tell that Victor cares about maintaining your property, and that it is important to him to cultivate a friendly relationship with his customers ?

I wrote this review on August 11,2024, “i do not recommend this pest control company. I rated it 1 star cos’ that is the lowest rating. I had an issue which was supposedly resolved only to find out it wasn’t. It was his word against mine & 2 other witnesses. I cancelled immediately.” I received several messages from Terminex & returned every call saying I wanted to cancel all my services with them because I felt I was not given the service I paid for. On August 4, 2023 I called because I received a bill from them I called & was told that was from a services I received in June 2023!!! Paid it because I don’t ever want to hear from them again.
