Victor from Terminix did a great job today for my home and yard! we had a night time visitor most nights. Didn't know if it was a mouse or a lizard. Had already clear the recurring poop. Victor asked for a description. Described it to him. He assured me it was a mouse. Victor gave me 3 complementary old style old style traps. Set up one last night. The trap captured the little guy overnight. Thank You Victor.

Victor is truly professional technician. He listen to the customer needs and concerns. He then explains options if any, course of action, suggestions etc in a clear manner. Excellent knowledge of his job and company’s capabilities. He has been our tech for several years now and hopefully for many more to come. Always alerts when he’s coming out or any schedule change. Paid for their lifetime in ground termite bait station service. I still got termites. They check the bait once a year no more even if you get termites so you could have one year of termites and nobody would know. I paid them for service and they expect me to check for termites during the year and call them. What kind of service do you call that? I regret ever signing on with them their bait stations are not reliable. Different technician every year. The place is a revolvimg door for technicians.

Nick has been our termite bait station technician for several years and he is the most thorough, informative, and delightful person to deal with. He shows us the stations and tells us what activity has been detected. Nick is an excellent technician and we feel so much more confident after his inspections. Terminix is not an inexpensive service but Nick exceeds our expectations and certainly (in our opinion) merits the cost Terminix charges. We anticipate being Terminix (and Nick's) clients for as long as we own our home. The peace of mind we have does not have a price tag.
