They were very compassionate and fit me in ASAP. After a few days of extermination my grandson got bit and they sent someone out right away to inspect. In the mean time I saw no evidence and hadn't been but again so we decided it was probably just one rogue bug. It's been a few weeks now and so far all is good. But they will come out once a month for the next few months to inspect and treat just to be sure they're gone and to give me peace of mind. Thank you Terminix for taking care of this problem. UPDATE: Just a few weeks shy of the warranty I contacted them to tell them the bus were back. They jerked me around long enough that my warranty expired. Then they said they would help me and even set up a day and time but had a no call no show!!! Then when I finally was able to reach someone they wanted an additional $500 for a one month service!!! Thank you Terminex for honoring your contacts and lousy customer service!!!
