Ask for Larry if you can! He is highly skilled and a true professional when it comes to Terminix. Also he is very kind and understanding. My wife and I are highly satisfied with the results from service of Mr. Larry Kimber. I would highly recommend.

Larry was courteous and knowledgeable about our service. He always calls ahead to make sure someone is home. Couldn't imagine a better pest control experience. Update: still consistent and courteous

Larry Kimber in indianola came in at the exact scheduled time. He Explained everything he was treating for and more. Definitely went above and beyond to ensure everything was done properly and with no mess. Second time he's been out and have not had any issues since he first sprayed after purchase of the home!

The absolute worst communion skills & customer service I’ve ever received. Called to schedule a termite inspection. Was told it was a free inspection & they would be out in 5 days. 5 days later they said the tech called out sick & I needed to call to reschedule. Called and was transferred to 9 different people over a 2 hour period to end up talking to the branch manager who informed me that the inspection would be over $500. The lack of professionalism this company has is beyond me. Glad I didn’t have the inspection done because getting a $500 bill after being told it was a free inspection would have caused a law suit this company clearly doesn’t have the communication skills to handle. Buyer beware. There are way too many good companies out there to waste time dealing with crooks
