Our technician was very professional and quick to answer all my questions. He applied roach paste and was very responsive to me. The spider webs near my fish tanks were swept out and then the area was covered with powder as not to jeopardize my fish with spray. He checked the perimeter of my house and didn’t let my dog out! Yipee! I’m very pleased and will continue with Terminex service.

I called Terminix in August because I had squirrels in my attic. They came in and did something that they claimed was sealing up the attic so that wildlife couldn't get in. Turns out that the squirrels that already know about my attic can get through the seal. About a month ago I let them know and they came by and put some traps in the attic. It's been a month and the squirrels still haven't been caught. Everyone's been kind and polite, but that doesn't change the fact that I paid them a lot of money to get the squirrels out of my attic and I still have squirrels in my attic.

We have been with Terminix for about 6 months and I’m very pleased with the results and service provided. Oscar is amazing he starts every visit making sure we don’t have a new issue and takes the time to explain everything. Since being with Terminix are pest issues have gone away. just now New I requested “bed bug inspection” for my apartment in Fayetteville, Arkansas yesterday. However, three hours before the scheduled time, I received a text that my service got rescheduled to today. I called their customer service, and they told me that the system shows my schedule wasn’t changed. I got back early from office to meet the 5pm appointment (their latest available slot) but they didn’t come. Today, I called them again and they confirmed me that they are coming today. I left office early today, again, so that I can be home by 5pm. However, they didn’t come. I called multiple times from 5-6 pm but no one picked up and it kept going to voicemail. If you can’t provide a service, at least communicate with customers. Really disappointed with the service, since my issue is super urgent. I could’ve simply avoided leaving office before time and called for another service that respects their customers.
