Josh Padgett did an excellent job of explaining the advantages of using the Terminix bait system, as opposed to the old spray system. I purchased the upgrade. Two days later, the team, including Brian Grace, came and installed the bait. They were excellent at communicating throughout, as well as being very personable and professional. Very pleased.
