On November 4 2025 Terminix was at my house to get rid of bees.It didn't happen. They had a contract worker who didn't speak English and I don't speak Spanish either.The job was poorly done and I have everything on my ADT camera recording. My landlord had the work done. The terminal technician lied about the work and the wasp and hornets they removed. There was never a wasp and hornet nest removed...which he sent my landlord pictures lying about the work.My camera shows everything .From the time the contract worker pulled in.my drive way at 9:58 'a.m. and lefted at 3:03 p.m. He even told my landlord it was a crew coming...it was only one man there working.He even told my landlord they had to pull the old siding off the house because it was infested with wasp ...LIED...the guy just covered up the old siding.such a bad job a piece flew off the next day in the yard. There is a big wasp nest at the door where the guy was working...its on the pictures The wasp are still flying around. The reason why my landlord had the work done is because Im highly allergic to bees wasp and hornets.I carry a epie pen always.One sting could kill me. It's not about money its about the lies and what the camera showing...My landlord paid over $1700.00 for a $300 job.This is totally not fair.I promise I would not be lying or complaining if it wasn't true. The work that was supposed to be done wasn't. All the Terminix technician said to me is you can buy some wasp and hornet spray a d let it foam up good and keep your epic pen with you.Why should I and my landlord paid all that money out to have it taken care of. Remind you where he was suppose to be getting the beds wasn't even treated. That was the purpose they where there to treat it in the first place. I believe in being treated fair at all times. The money is not even out my pockets its the principle of the problem not being solved. I had called and talked to someone twice a d didn't get the problem solved.So I decided to put my problem on this review and hope some one can help guide me to who I need to speak to.This is not right.The technician is lying to me and my landlord. I know my camera dont lie. I'm not speaking bad of Terminix...its just this problem. I will download the ADT pictures as well. I hope you guys take care of this ...and please do not send the tech back to my house. Thank you Not in Benton Arkansas....they where out of North Little Rock

There is an issue on my termite renewal and no one has returned calls as promised nor does anyone seem to care. They all give the same response that someone else will call back in two days and three weeks later no one has returned the call

My technician was very nice. Levin and Tyler were very mindful, and my dog took to them. They were kind, educational, and made me feel at ease. Grateful for the quick service and relief from pests!!! Definitely a hats off to Terminix!!!

I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Terminix of Benton. I paid in advance — in good faith — for services that were never provided as agreed. From the beginning, I’ve been patient, respectful, and more than willing to work with management to resolve this. Edit: 7.7.25 @ 645pm The issue seems that it will be resolved. I will update this review pending resolution of the issues. Edit 7.14.25 Despite the typical corporate response to this review, they fully refunded my money. It was still a pointless hassle but at least i didn't have to call my credit card company or involve legality to get my money back.

Mr. Christian always does a thorough job at our home. He notifies me before and after each visit so we may keep our pets up. He is always pleasant and knowledgeable. We have a pet who is allergic to fleas. Mr. Christian has worked hard to help us maintain our yard and keep our pets healthy. We are grateful for his service.
