Terminx has to be the most unresponsive company we’ve ever encountered. Their lack of commitment and customer service is completely unacceptable. We’ve called multiple times and have elevated our concerns numerous times and we get no call back from the general manager. The worst company ever. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Very quick to charge new costumers and get them signed up and after that, their unresponsive to calls, emails, voicemails.

11/5 service scheduled for window of 3-5pm. Get text from Lisa Howard stating she was grabbing a bite and would be there soon. 530p called and she said on way. 630p we call and she texts saying someone hit her and she’d call to reschedule. 11/6 called twice to find out what was up and finally call service number and find out we’d been rebooked from 12-2 on that day but it was already passed the window and no show again. So set a booking for 5-7 on 11/6 and tech calls back “Chris” and says that he could do 3-5p so I go back home and he no calls no show. 11/7 called to ask what was up and “Blake” Told me not to worry he was on it. I told him I wanted a call from someone in mgmt bc this was unacceptable. I have now gotten a text stating I have been rebooked for today from 5-7p. No call from anyone yet about these bozos burning through my time.

The tech came out. We had a bug problem and service was horrible just put down sticky traps and he sprayed with a can spray called back to office told them what happened the buga got worst called back anf they sent the same tech and he did nothing put hia handa on his hip and did nothing to help because he was called back out to do hia job on a Saturday after i paid all that money for no service. Now he trying to cancel my service when service wasn't met from the technician.

From Mansfield, LA, I have been trying to get results for months. Since the initial call in April of this year, it has been difficult at best to get someone to come out-Then even harder to get them to own the fact that it was termite damage. Now it’s the devil trying to get any response. The eaten grooves pictures are the only evidence the technician would acknowledge. He said he would write it up, and they were responsible. Now months later and still no response. Calls after calls to them go unreturned. The manager, Steve, continues to say that another person will call us. Please DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!

Terminix is completely disconnected from its residential customers. The Call Center approach is amazingly ineffective at dealing with residential customer issues. They can't answer questions or provide contacts for those who can. The technicians are very courteous. The local office is completely cut out of the process with everything handled (or not handled) by the call center. Customer service and customer service is a disaster. And no one cares. The Terminix central call center approach to customer services simply does not work and it breeds customer dissatisfaction.

Worst Experience EVER! Its beyond ridiculous still waiting for my account to be refunded, was promised this back in May 21 when a manager FINIALLY CALLED ME BACK after 3 and half weeks of back to back calls requesting a call back. Then promised a refund to MY CARD not account due to I NEVER got the correct provided services showing video footage of what their techs did and did not do. Then when no refund comes after waiting 1-2 weeks like the guy proclaiming he was a manager (John) come to find out there is no manager name John (Go figure) that the company never pushed the refund through. So he claims he expedited it one week later it’s refunded to my account with terminix again (Go figure) after specifying not my account with them but should have been to my BANK ACCT. Then it’s oh I’m sorry manager will contact u 24-48 hrs no phone call lol 😂 ridiculous so I explained as nicely as possible, if my account doesn’t show in the next 48hrs my refund my attorney office will contact them and we will begin the lawsuit not only over the refund but falsely advertising and misleading information that not only do I have in text message and email along with video footage. By fair worst experience! Now I have already contacted my attorney and all that is left is to get the ball going. I don’t need a auto message saying email you guys because been there done that and you guys still failed! Save yourself the headache! Don’t do business with them. Please just don’t look at all the negative reviews vs positive and it’s self explained. Sincerely a customer that will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN

I have been dealing with this company since January. They claim to have wildlife removal services but they don't actually remove anything. They ask you (the customer) for Doritos to set the bait that does not work. They charge you 4K just to look around to tell you they don't see anything but Racoon poop. They tell you, they're financing you but don't provide any paperwork. LENNOX my sales rep never provided me with any paperwork when I attempted to call him my calls were never returned. I have been hung up on 10 plus times by customer service. The customer service reps lie and say they'll put in a request for a manager to call back but no manager EVER calls back. And when you call back nobody can see a note that was told by the previous rep was put in. You CANNOT reach a live manager to escalate a call which is TERRIBLE customer service. This company is not truthful and gives the WORST service ever. Do not do business with this terrible company they do not remove Raccons as they say they do. They don't even know how to bait to catch them. WORST MISTAKE of my life contacting this company. They just want to take your money. Oh, I still have Raccoons disturbing my sleep for 6 months since I hired this company. Now I have to pay more money to hire someone that actually knows what their doing. They really need to remove this service because it's a complete RIPOFF!!!

Will not return calls when they say they will. Have to call 4 times to get an appointment scheduled. Salesperson did not make it clear that it was a year contract billed monthly from what I was expecting as a quarterly billing. Update, emailed them and still no response a week later.

As a new customer I’m having the worse experience!! I missed work twice for them no come out No show No Call ! Going back and forth with customer service , cancellation dept . The branch manager hasn’t called , emailed or text regarding my complaints. They say one thing one day and the next it’s a whole new story . No number to contact corporate or email . Every number you call goes directly to the same office . I’m completely down with this company. Just want my collection and refund . I truly hope someone from corporate sets up . This isn’t RIGHT !!

Had a wood infestation scheduled for 8 am to 330 pm. No show .. no call.. the customer service agent couldn't get the store manager or tech. to answer their phones. The customer service got in touch with the tech around lunch. I waited all day.. and this company does not care. The entire system is set up to where you can’t get a hold of anyone but a customer service rep. No one else. Never will use this company again.
