This is the worst terrible messed up service I have received from any company. I was trying from March 30th to just a week ago. Trying to get someone to come out to my house for a rodent inspection. I was stood up by them over four times. I wanted to use them because we have a termite contact with them. It would be time for the appointment nobody ever came. I would call and they would say it got canceled. I never canceled.I just wanted somebody to come out here. I wouldn't recommend this service to anybody. And yes, calling their office was a joke too. I'm definitely calling someone else, and we'll probably cancel the contract We have with them. Complete waste of my time because they would say between the hours of eight and noon, someone would be here.

The technician was just fine but getting ahold of the Nashville office is ridiculous. You have to call the main Terminix number for them to send something to the branch than you never hear back from anyone at the branch. They failed to do an initial inspection before my home was treated. I am a first time customer. I call the Nashville branch and it’s like the number itself has been disconnected. The customer service rep set me up for the second appointment but Nashville never followed up. It’s sad how they do business

I have been using Terminix since I moved in almost 11 years ago. Dave Jackson is the man! He is friendly, professional and always goes above and beyond to solve my pesty issues! He has even brought his boss to the house a couple of times when I was having a sudden and severe rodent problem. The two of them went through every inch of my house looking for an opening where anything could be getting in. They were amazing! Go with Terminix, you won't be disappointed!
