He actively listened to every single issue and concern we had, going above and beyond the service provided by our previous technician. Jay offered a highly detailed explanation of where our pest issues were originating and provided actionable advice on how to mitigate future problems. I contacted Terminex and Nils (sp?) came out to my home. I VERY clearly told him I was only needing their services each year from May - August for a wasp problem. I didn't want/need year-round service. He ASSURED me that they could accommodate my needs, and all I had to do, after paying the initial fee and the $40 monthly fee for the four months, was to call the office and have my account "Put on hold" during the months I didn't need them. That, he so smoothly lied, would save me from having to pay $40/mo until next wasp season, as well as the $234 start-up fee if I had only signed-up for a one-time treatment. He also assured me that if there were ANY problems, or I needed them to come back out, all I had to do was call and they'd be out IMMEDIATELY. I never signed a contract because their website wasn't working, but I did pay the $234, plus a $40 fee for them to do the initial treatment. After several calls/text messages back and forth with Nils and Andrew (the technician,) but no follow-up on their part, I called the office to ask for help. While on the phone with the girl, I asked her about their "Put on hold" policy. She said she'd never heard of that, and put me on hold while she checked into it. She came back and informed me there was no such policy. By this time, due to the lack of follow-up, shady behavior and the lies, I was livid. I asked her to have management call me. She said I would hear from them in 2-3 days. I NEVER heard a word from management. BTW, Nils kept texting me saying he would call me (3x,) but I never responded to him, and he never called. While they did refund my $40 payment, they have never addressed the reasons why I was trying to get them to return to my home after the initial $234 payment and wasp treatment. They, apparently, think it's ok to use any means necessary (lies) to rope a new client into a contract (which was never signed.) I would never have expected this type of behavior from such a well-known business.

1 star for the poor communication within the office and 5 stars for Jay Gill, our technician who came to our house. When I made our initial appointment, it was scheduled for 9am. When that time came, no one showed up. I waited about an hour and a half before calling for an update. Unbeknownst to me the appointment had been rescheduled for another week out. I had not been notified and had my house prepared as requested. Everything possible was taken off the floors and mostly stored on top of the beds and couches. I was not about to put everything back only to redo it in a week so, I had to live with the mess and sleep on a sliver of bed surrounded by boxes. My rescheduled appointment was for a 1pm slot. Fortunately I get off of work before then so it would work. The day before I received a text from the technician saying that he would be at my house at 10am! I returned the text stating that my appointment was for 1pm. Apparently the office did not communicate with the technician and that 10 was his only availability. So, on the day, I had to take time off of work to open up the house. Major inconvenience once again. Fortunately, Jay Gill our technician was superb. Professional, informative, with excellent customer service. He is the reason that we are continuing with your company.

Service technician was absolutely awesome. Great customer service, very friendly, helpful and informative. I would enjoy having him return. As for the experience on the phone caling Terminix, absolutely NOT awesome. Unable to hear the options when calling, how do you choose when you can't hear the choices? Then when you do get a live person, you can't hear them because the line is breaking up. Oh then call back and get hung up on when they attempt to transfer you to someone who is supposed to be able to help. Hope my yellow jackets are gone.

We’ve had four visits from Terminix. Jay, who tackles bugs, is fantastic! He’s very communicative, professional and friendly. However getting timely communication or any communication for the monthly services we’re paying for is ridiculously inconsistent! The Operations Manager even came during one of Jay’s calls, appeared to be listening to our concerns, said to text him directly for timely service……and has not responded!

The national scheduling office scheduled an appointment then I didn’t get confirmation so when I called back the agent told me I wasn’t even on the schedule!! I live in a seasonal home so having that appointment was my first priority when I arrived. The second agent was very helpful and actually got me an appointment the day it was promised, albeit in the afternoon. Jay Gill is my service man and he did a fantastic job! He’s friendly, thorough and knowledgeable and I really appreciated him. He promised that the exclusion manager would contact me to set up a visit and that still hasn’t happened.

Scott is amazing. He is honest, did a great job spraying, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the services I needed to help with a mice issue. He does so well with following up after every visit even if its not him being there and makes sure I get what I need to be taking care of.
