They came out at first promised the world but after I signed up they stopped doing the shared spaces and only sprayed the outside. The rodents are multiplying and I can't get ahold of anyone. I'm at the point now where I am going to have to pay another service to come and cleanup their mess literally and figuratively.

Brian has been my service technician for several years. He has always been very professional in his work and interactions with me always take the time to inform me and explain to me to my satisfaction and understanding of all work completed. I have had problems on occasion in contacting different Terminix departments for questions and/or scheduling other work associated with my contract. He never hesitates to in helping me to get to the right person or department to assist me in a particular matter that I need addressed.

Leo my Terminix guy is the best service man I have ever had. He is very courteous to my 95 year old dad, if dad is still sleeping he quiet around his room and try’s to make sure the dog doesn’t bard and wake him up. Also makes sure the gates are closed properly when he leaves. Also lets me know if something in the yard needs attention. Leo is the best ever.

We had a couple of mice running around, plus spider and ants, so we knew it was time to call in the professionals. Terminix offers a great service and they aren’t charging an arm and a leg. The best part was our exterminator, Alex. She was so knowledgeable and kind. She really went the extra mile and did not leave until the job was done and we were fully satisfied. She was a lovely person, which is important of course, but above all she was extremely thorough and effective. We are going to request Alex for all our future services! So far we have no more mice, no more ants, and the spider webs that popped up seemingly in minutes haven’t made an appearance either. Highly recommended!

The worst company I ever had to deal with. Dishonest, lying, unprofessional servicemen. Dana Anderson is one of them. He wasn’t doing his duty at all. After one year of service, my house was full of spiders, covered with spiderwebs. So I decided to cancel him and buy different service from the same company. I picked even more expensive plan. I was on the phone with the Company’s Customer Service Center for 1 hour and 40 minutes when he showed up at my house, and they told me that I can refuse his service. I told him that I am refusing his service, but he said: I already started. He couldn’t start without me letting him to do it. Both gates were closed. He said he did front door and the garage door. He made pictures of the front door and 5 minutes later charged my credit card for $159. I was still on the phone with Customer Service Center and they promised to me they reverse the charges. It never happened. The regular price for my service was $148, but he overcharged me even more for service he never provided. Later I made pictures of the area, where he was insisting he cleaned the spiderwebs: it was no signs of cleaning. As you remember, I signed up for new, more expensive service. Few days later I got text from the same guy Dana Anderson, that he is coming to do that service. I said: No Way!!!. The company tried to send me this guy over and over again. It was like a joke! Now I stopped all pest services from this company.

The communication was great so we knew when to expect the service to take place. The technician was thorough and likewise communicated clearly and in a detailed manner as to what to expect. He even gave a follow up call offering to come by and check on things. The rate is 1/2 of what we were paying with another provider who would show up unannounced. All in all we are VERY pleased!
