He always keeps me informed of scheduled service before and after service is complete and always greets me with a smile, is super friendly, and quick to respond to my requests if I ever need a touch up. I have had many offers to switch to other pest control companies but I stay with Terminix because of Paul.

I always had good service from Terminix, our Technician Fernando is the best yet: considerate in that he calls regularly to schedule his visit at a convenient time; courteous to my wife and self; competent in his inspection and spraying duties; pleasant to be around; and adores our aged dog, who loves him back. He is always prompt, courteous, and thorough - which is much appreciated. Cost is affordable. No higher praise can be heaped on Fernando. Best pest control company that I've dealt with.

Always listens to my concerns and spends ample time checking all around the outside of my house. Comes inside only when necessary (requested), and makes sure to use the safest methods when inside. Also listens to my concerns and makes sure I feel comfortable with all suggestions before proceeding with any treatments. Honestly, it’s very very rare that we need inside treatment, because they maintain outside so well.

I’ve been using Terminix for my home for years, and I’m satisfied with the experience. Our service technician, Jose, has always been friendly and professional. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments with Jose has been easy, as he is very accommodating. Jose is efficient when performing the service. I appreciate that he cleans the spider webs around the outside of our house upon request. While we do have some spiders in the yard, which is understandable, it’s reassuring to see that very few bugs make their way into our home.
