Eddy was professional polite if he wasn’t I would not be thinking of renewing my contract. I am not happy with terminex I had an appointment which was cancelled without my knowledge and rescheduled without telling me I called twice to figure out a strange message and no one called back I finally called main office. Then I got a call trying to get me to renew it was like blackmail

He was great at keeping me updated as to his ETA, and just like his coworkers he took the time to explain to me how the whole system works.
