Terminix service providers were both very professional and accommodating. I was very pleased with the Free inspection; this was the reason I selected Terminix for the initial service. I did sign up for a service contract under no pressure from Terminix, I feel this should keep my home Ant free! Thanks for great service and I highly recommend this company.

Danian Castilla is a thoughtful representative of Terminex, Gardena. To represent means to re- present what was already in place. However to expand upon that is the reward given. My experience with his presentation was expansive and personal. An informed consumer makes a purchase from a presence, not from a legal entity. Connection is most important, and Danny removed all concerns that we had. Price is not most important in a buying decision, value is. If you want to ensure value is achieved, that you receive what you are paying for, I suggest that you engage with the correct representative. His name is Danian Castilla. I'm shocked this company remains in operation despite their terrible service. I would give them a zero if I could. In April, I called them to make an appointment for a termite inspection. I was told Jaime, Field Inspector, would be my contact. I received his information with the date and time of the appointment. The day arrives and no word from Jaime. I called his number only to hear him give me an excuse that he had too many early appointments that day and would not be able to make it. We had to reschedule (bad start). The second appointment arrives and he is late (of course). Once at the property he refuses to check for subterranean termites (I kid you not! I caught him look at his clean and polished boots. I'm guessing he didn't want to get them dirty). He tells me that he will come in two weeks to check the crawl space. Of course, he was a no show. I'm serious, stay away from this company.

Paul has been our technician for YEARS and knows our house well. His service is always thorough and excellent. He’s always friendly and does a great job wiping out all the critters. We also appreciate that you send the same person out to service our yard- Paul knows it well and we can always count on a heads-up text from him a few days beforehand to alert us he’s coming out to service our home.
