I had a very disappointing experience with Terminix from the very beginning. During the initial inspection, the sales representative had me sign a contract that included 5 rat bait stations and 2 mosquito traps. On the installation day, the technician wasn't even aware that my contract included the rat bait stations. He only installed one mosquito trap and no rat stations. A second technician had to come back days later to install the second mosquito trap, but he was only able to install 3 of the 5 rat bait stations, claiming the other two were on backorder. Three weeks later, I was still waiting for the remaining two rat bait stations that I had already paid for. Because of the poor service and failure to fulfill the contract, I called customer service to cancel. I was told a request for cancellation and a refund would be submitted for review. After hearing nothing, I called back, only to be told that my refund had been denied. They also said there was no manager available to speak with because "upper management" had already made the decision. The customer service was terrible, and what makes it even worse is that Terminix never provided all 5 rat bait stations that were included in my signed contract. I paid for services and equipment that were never fully delivered. I would not recommend Terminix based on my experience.

He deserves nothing but the highest praise for the way he handles his work and represents your company. Herman is always polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. During his visits, he goes out of his way to keep us informed about the latest pest and insect trends in our neighborhood so we can stay ahead of any issues. His communication is flawless; he always lets us know exactly when he is arriving and when he is leaving. Furthermore, because we have a dog, we are deeply grateful for how mindful and knowledgeable he is regarding the products he uses, ensuring our pet's safety is always a priority. Herman truly goes above and beyond, and he is a massive asset to your team. I hope he receives the corporate recognition and praise he rightfully deserves!!! 👏🏽

I am a property manager who uses this company for my properties. First off, can I just say how wonderful Bre and Omar have been to work with! I’ve never met a more professional, hard working and knowledgeable crew. I’ve used them for everything from termite tenting to regular pest control. Omar always show up on time and does exactly what he says he will do. He’s fast but thorough and super friendly. They always let me know when they will be coming by. So no chasing them down or surprise charges. Truly a wonderful company to work with. Thank you!

Requested a free termite inspection. Was provided a 2 hour window for the following day. When the technician called me to let me know he was on his way, I was informed the inspection would be $450. I called Terminix 855 number, spoke with representative who confirmed the termite inspection was free. They called the tech, left him a voicemail and texted him that the inspection was free. When the tech arrived at the house, he stated it was $450 for the termite inspection. That if I want an inspection it will be $450 payable upfront. I told him that I spoke with the office and they confirmed it was a free inspection, he stated they are wrong. If I want the termite inspection it will be $450, or he will cancel. He has other houses to inspect. He cancelled the inspection and drove off. Absolute bait and switch. Per Terminix Office: Termite inspections are free, WDIR are between $100 to $500 depending on house size. The house is 1,100 SF and tech is demanding $450. I will never contact Terminix for service again. Absolutely disgusting business practice.

Super happy with my Terminix service. I’ve had the service for about 8th months. So far I’ve had 2 pest control techs come out. Gerardo and Hernan and both techs were very knowledgeable, kind, and know how to do their job properly and efficiently. They both go above and beyond to protect our house from unwanted pests and bugs!! We can now fully enjoy our indoor and outdoor space without worrying about any bugs!!

Terminix is not great at communicating inspection appts. The technician apparently showed up with no notice ( which also happened last year but last year I was home). So he did no inspection. I called and complained to Terminix so they rescheduled. They said between 8 and 10 AM. The technician texted me that morning at 8 and said he'd be here in 50 minutes. I was checking the app that shows where the technician is on his route. His car never moved. I texted him, he said there was heavy traffic and he would be here in 50 minutes again...this was at 9 am. So, eventually I checked the app for his location... car was not moving. At 9:45 I called Terminix to complain. During the call, he showed up. The problem is with the Terminix app not working correctly. The technician was friendly, polite and did a good job. I fault the Terminix company for it's disorganization.

Jonathan the termite inspector was amazing. He came today and did a great inspection and provided lots of details. Although we decided we were not in need of treatment yet, he was extremely professional and we will call him back personally for any future concerns.

This company sent out a third party pest control company that ended up breaking my skylight during a service back in the beginning of June. Terminix requested the gas company turn off my service for the mean time while my house was being tented and did not request that they turn it back on until a week later after I had to make several calls to ask for it to be turned back on. Only Terminix can call SoCal gas to approve it being turned back on. Since my skylight has been broken, I have called an incredible amount of times and put in tickets with the company for them to contact me over the last several months and have heard NOTHING. They also gave me an invalid contractor license number on the contract I signed and did not send out the third party company I signed and agreed to on the contract. Do not hire this company.
