Walter Gonzales is a great employee. He is professional, caring and helpful. He always calls before he comes to our house and asks if we have any concerns and then takes care of the issues. When we have any issues in between his visits he always shows up and fixes the issues. Carri was incredibly friendly, funny, professional, and thorough from start to finish. Not only did she help me secure the best possible pricing, but she was also refreshingly honest and never tried to upsell me on services I didn’t need. That kind of integrity is rare and much appreciated. Carri sets the bar for what customer service and professionalism should look like.
