I will never use them again. I tried contacting a manager multiple times and never got a call back. They did come out and spray once. we had a vapor barrier put in but it was done incorrectly was put on the top of or crawl space not the bottom, no dehumidifier, and when we asked if it was suppose to be on the floor they acted like it was a burden to even ask that question. we were suppose to get our attic sprayed and that never happened. when trying to cancel the account through there texting service the representative was unprofessional and refused to give phone numbers to call. I looked up there branch phone number (which the representative refused to give) called that number. That representative was very nice and did her best to put in my complaints and to get a manager to call. Manager never called. Tried to cancel services which had to call multiple times to do. Unprofessional and will never use them again and would not recommend anyone to use them. Its been over a month and no manager has called to try and sort these problems out.

I called them and they quickly made an appointment for an inspection. We agreed to treat only the infected area, the price was reasonable. Everything went very well. The Senior inspector gave me all the information, he answered all my questions. The only bad thing was that Technician arrived 2 hours and 20 mins late to the appointment. Other and that, I’m very happy with the service. I recommend them if you’re looking a company fumigation for terminates.
