I used them for almost 3 years and when pesticides were applied to structure and yard it was effective. My only issue is they forgot to come several different times and it was a big issue due to my wife always taking time off work to meet them there, as we have a couple of pets. They wouldn’t call when they didn’t show, they just didn’t care. Each time this happened we had to call them and they acted like it was no big deal and asked when we’d like to reschedule. My wife had already taken off work and then they thought it was no big deal for her to do it a second time because they forgot. I guess they have enough business and don’t mind losing a longtime client. My wife finally had enough last week and fired them. If you don’t mind sporadic service go ahead and use them. We’re done with them.

Worst customer service from Sergio! My families landlord received service from this man and when the landlord sold the property and failed to inform them he took it out on my mom and called her names several times. So embarrassing and childish coming from a 60 year old man. I don’t think he should be allowed to continue working with people since he acts like an animal when he’s upset. He called my mother out of her name to his coworker several times. He never called to fumigate, he would just show up. Services: Rodent extermination , Termite inspection
