Terminix does not provide quality service nor do they care about customer satisfaction in the least. In May 2025, I paid nearly $11,000 to have my house tented with the goal of eliminating the skunk that was living in our crawl space. This included $2,160 for “crawl space clean out and carcass removal.” While they removed four rats from the crawl space, they missed the skunk and told me it must have died in the walls. I was devastated to hear that we would have to wait months for the skunk carcass to decompose for the horrific scent to go away. About a month later, my brother-in-law came to visit and was blown away by the stench. He crawled under the house in shorts and a t-shirt and removed the skunk within 15 minutes. I called Terminix and requested a refund for the “carcass removal” as it was not completed. I did not ask for a full refund, only for the services that were not provided. They refused. This is bad business and I do not recommend Terminix. Find another company that actually cares about their customers.
