I called this outfit for a free termite inspection! I spoke with a sales representative.Ashlee Sauer. she came out to my home didn’t inspection said we didn’t have termites went into my attic took photos. Tried to tell me I had rats put bay traps in my attic, which nothing went off. I asked to have spiders gotten rid of and instead they sent somebody out again, which I didn’t authorize to put bait stations for subterranean termites in the ground of my home, I agreed to do a contract specifically said I didn’t want a contract and was told I didn’t need to have a contract now because I have canceled these guys $1000 cancellation fee. I never signed any documents. These guys are unprofessional beware.

I want to add to my first review because I continue to be impressed with the constant pursuit and determination by Dustin Green, Brenden, and Ashlee with constant communication (with us and each other), pictures of findings and their work ethic...they work hard! Dustin came out today (Saturday) in the pouring rain and worked to repair a access point to the pests! Terminix is also helping a friend I referred to them and my friend is impressed! Did my research and decided to contact Terminix to address a rodent problem. Our rep, Ashlee Sauer, did a 2 hour inspection and showed us sites and photographs she took to document our problem which has been on going for 10 years. We discussed options to address the problem and Ashlee explained everything throughly! She continues to do follow up and we appreciate her knowledge and wisdom. Brian was here to plan our regular service treatment. He too was very helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. Dustin the Terminix tech was here a week later and repaired the entry point for pests and set traps in our newly cleaned and sanitized attic and crawl space. He is a very nice young man and did a great job. In conclusion Terminix brought in an insulation contractor. They have been very professional and worked very hard to remove old insulation, clean and sanitize our attic and install rodent and pest deturant insulation. High 5 Antonio and Juan. I do suggest contacting Terminix directly and locally for best service. Very nice professional team!
