Very disappointed with the service. I had booked for my home to be tented today April 12, 2025. Come to my surprise the company rescheduled the tenting for the 15th! Was not given a notice via, call, text, email, nothing! I had spent a lot of money to book a hotel and move my kids away from home and was told that the company cannot do anything to reimburse me for their mistake! Customer service was not very empathetic towards myself and family for now having to be away from home for over a week now! Would not recommend this company to anyone for future business!
