Be very wary of signing contracts with this regional office . Terminix as a corporation will stand behind the men in this office and you will get absolutely no help from corporate.the person who comes to your home is not a certified technician or an actual inspector - Alexis from corporate informed me that he is a sales person and should not be representing himself As anything more than that . They use a sub contractor to do insulation work . These people travel in from other areas . They do not do clean work , the particular crew that did the insulation in my attics showed up with broken equipment, had a full bag of insulation burst in my driveway and they didn’t clean everything up . I was told our attic was “infested” and that we were “sleeping under a mouse litter box” . Two mice were captured in the attic and two in the garage to date . The boys that took out all the insulation saw zero mice during the clean out . The technicians that did the remediation also saw no mice while they were up in the attics . The managers of this location are not willing to be helpful at all and the one phone call I did have with the regional manager of this location was done off a cell phone , no recording of the conversation. He was condescending and a bully . I didn’t ask for a lot and until today was choosing not to take to social media , but buyer beware . They get away with a lot. I’d look elsewhere . It’s been a terrible experience all the way around and I’m stuck paying an 8.000 and change contract for absolute garbage work .

I love Rick, he always lets me know when he’s coming and I can text him and ask for any specifics I want hit while he’s here. He does an amazing job and always goes the extra mile. So grateful to have the service our quarterly and know they will come out whenever you call if there an issue in between!

Service tech on last 2 visit was very thorough, Cobb webs and treatment. Update on time of arrival via text, 2 days before, 15 minutes before arrival. Followed up with a phone at time arrival to verify if any issue out of the normal.Completed service in a responsible time then notified when serve call was complete. Nice to have quality techs with good customer service skills

Wilbur was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to interact with gave me tons of information. The two gentlemen that showed up Romiro was one, were very thorough and prompt. I could not remember the other gentlemen name but man he got right to work. Both were courteous of the time frame I had to work in and tagged teamed my house so that I got to my appointment on time. Gave me a walk through of what was done,provided extra items for quick replacement and made sure I knew the entire procedure and how to reach out. The entire experience made me feel protected and in good hands if I needed anything! Caught a mouse right after they left and haven't seen another in my little farm since, I'm amazed!

We have Daniel as our service tech, he's been very great. We receive a text or call letting us know when he'll come and the time frame, and if that doesn't work for us he works around our schedule. He very polite and friendly, and does a great job. We live in oildale and have had no bug problems since Daniel has been coming to spray our home. 5 stars for him!

Service was great. Justin explained what plan was better to eliminate the mice . I first decided to do the mouse traps, but he suggested that is better to just cover every hole from the house . He also spray the outside the house. I did had alot of spider webs, ants, and cockroach’s outside, and some other thing that I don’t remember the name ( looks like bee panels to me). I am very satisfy with the service.

Terminix did a heat treatment on my house but could not complete treatment and my floor was damaged and warped from treatment paid $2950 and job was not completed.
