Genuinely one of the worst service providers I’ve had to deal with. I requested a one time service, the one time service took forever to schedule because the man assigned to the 805 area (Hector) shows up when HE wants to and not the agreed upon scheduled time. Then I find out that I was signed up for subscription without my knowledge, I said you know what that’s fine as long as they continue to treat my yard. Terminix was supposed to treat my yard back in December which I was charged for I was also charged for January and Hector has yet to come out or respond to my text message after a month. Needless to say I will be calling first thing tomorrow morning to end the contract.

DO NOT USE TERMINIX – A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! If I could give Terminix zero stars, I absolutely would. This company is an unprofessional, unethical mess that doesn’t deliver on its promises and then has the audacity to punish you for their failures. First, Terminix completely failed to perform the services we contracted for. Despite paying for their pest control service, they didn’t complete the agreed-upon treatments. Not only that, but they made it nearly impossible to cancel the contract. When I finally managed to cancel after being ignored and misled repeatedly, they tried to hit me with an outrageous $700+ early cancellation fee – even though they failed to do the work! I disputed the charges with my credit card company, and thankfully, the dispute was resolved in my favor because I had detailed documentation proving that Terminix didn’t fulfill their contractual obligations. You’d think that would be the end of it, right? Wrong. Terminix then had the audacity to send me to collections for the same bogus charges I had already won in the dispute! It’s clear this company will stop at nothing to squeeze every penny they can out of customers, no matter how dishonest or unethical their tactics are. Potential customers, BEWARE. Terminix is a nightmare to deal with. They don’t do the work they promise, they make it nearly impossible to cancel, and then they come after you with shady billing practices when they’re in the wrong. Do yourself a favor and avoid Terminix at all costs. There are plenty of other pest control companies out there that actually care about their customers and do what they promise. Save yourself the headache and frustration – DO NOT give Terminix your business.

He earned this 5 star review!! I’d give him 10 stars if I could!! Going the extra mile is important for long-term customers. I was considering switching to another company, but Jaime may have saved Terminex for a little bit longer. Thank you Jaime!!!

Bottom of the beryl. One of the WORST companies to get for fumigation. Their sub contractor who tarped our house, broke over 15 Spanish tiles on our roof, broke our satellite dish, broke our security camera by side of the house and most of all damaged our brand new exterior paint by putting a dirty tarp and have blackened our exterior paint. ..... I had to call them on day 2 at 5:00 pm to come and open the vent so the gas would leave the house so for it to ventilate. They had forgotten about it!!! ........... Office management don't care, specially Hasani Thompson whom I have left several messages and has not returned our calls. .......... And we thought Terminix is a reputable company. It's one of the WORST as they don't care what their sub contractors do and damage and have zero customer service. They basically shrug their shoulders and walk away but they are very good in getting your money! Zero compensation for our damages. ............. Have never had a situation like this before. OUTRAGEOUS!!!

Having Terminix come out to our office building helps tremendously. I love that it's always the same technician. JJ is awesome. He always calls ahead to ensure it's a good time for me. And whenever I have concerns (ants in early summer), he listens and tries to give a solution. He's even gone out of his way to help when I called him for advise about ant taking over my kitchen at home. I can't imagine going with any other pest control company!

I’ve been a customer of Terminix for several years now but the service has really declined. In the last 7 days, I’ve had 3 appointments with them, all of which were no shows. They don’t have the courtesy to communicate and it shows a lack of care for their customers. They hide behind a nationwide call center and there is absolutely no personalized service. The technicians keep changing and there is no continuity. There are plenty of other providers out there.

As usual, Hernan the technician arrived on time, was very personable and listened to all our concerns. He then addressed them, both inside and around our house. After he finished, the tech again came to our front door and enumerated each of the things he had done to address all our concerns.
