We used Jason and no lore issues at all definitely recommend Jason and his advise thanks so much guys for taking this mess off our hands. Our technician Joe, did his usual complete and professional pest servicing. He comes to our home on a regular basis and twice during the past year when we had ants coming into the house he responded quickly to solve the problem. They assigned my order to Nicholas Fox, a Laguna Hills office technician. He was supposed to come on 09/03/2024 between 3:00 and 5:00 but did not show up. I called the headquarters to find out what was going on. Even they could not take hold of Nicholas. So, I canceled my order. I also talked to Mike Cerda, the local office manager. He apologized to his credit, and I made sure I didn’t want to reschedule my appointment. Moreover, I was inconvenienced twice when I received texts about random appointments, which I had to cancel immediately. All the correspondence is available for investigation into the matter. Later, I discovered that Nicholas had trespassed on my home and photographed inside my yard. Despite my calls to both the local office and my account manager, Maranda, I received no follow-up or resolution on the matter, which further added to my dissatisfaction.

We reported spiders appearing indoor in bathroom sinks. Office staff scheduled timely appointment. Tech came out, identified entrance points under sinks,sprayed insecticide and advised caulking gaps in walls surrounding sink pipes. Excellent, timely service. 5*/5
