Our experience with Terminix has been great. Although our mosquito problem is so much better frame in our backyard doesn't stop other mosquitoes throughout their neighborhood of making their way to our backyard. But all in all everybody has noticed when they're in our backyard the mosquito problem is a lot better since we've had Terminix coming out the last 2 months. The Terminix technicians Michael and Carlos, that inspected and treated our property were very polite and professional. I contacted 2 other companies but only Terminix showed up in a timely matter. We were able to schedule the termite treatment based on our schedule and availability. Carlos, the technician who treated our property was very thorough in explaining the process and answering our questions and concerns. He was considerate with our dogs and garden planters and he did an excellent job cleaning up when he was done. We had absolutely no complaints. We recommend Terminix for all your pest and termite concerns.

Maria from Terminix came and did my initial Terminix service today and she was fantastic. She’s super friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I knew everything she was doing and was happy to answer questions I had. Damian Valencia did an excellent job! Was very professional and answered all my questions. A very knowledgeable young man! He informed me of everything he was going to do and what was going to be done on every visit after the initial visit. He was kind enough to inform me he would not be my regular technician but assured me I was going to be in good hands. I really appreciate the professionalism and the consideration he had when going in my home. He let me know he would be wearing boot covers even though I didn’t ask him to. I will definitely be recommending to family and friends!
