Brandon is highly efficient and communicative and goes above and beyond. I have been with Terminix for over 10 years and Brandon by far has exceeded all my expectations. He is my favorite technician. My pest control has been taken care of! I love Terminix- they've been fast, dependable and honest. They explained in depth the steps I need to take to be pest free, and went above and beyond. The only problem, which isn't one-- is that the techs are ridiculously good looking!! I'm fairly certain my bugs dropped dead just because my terminix guy is so good looking! He told me that we're doing a great job keeping the office clean which keeps bugs and mice away, but we're all a bit tempted to forget to clean for a week or two just so we can get an extra visit! Plus he's so friendly!! Maybe we just got the best tech out there, but Terminix is awesome.

On Sunday I called Terminix for an inspection. We arranged an appointment on Monday afternoon. On Monday morning, having made arrangement to be at home that afternoon, they call me to cancel because their technician is unavailable due to an emergency. Fine. We reschedule for Wednesday afternoon. On Tuesday I get another call about the rescheduled service, and confirm Wednesday afternoon. On Wednesday afternoon, once again making arrangements to be at home, terminix is a No Call, No Show until I call them well after the appointment window. Their technician still had not come to my home. Shocking "professionalism". If this is what an initial appointment is like, I cannot recommend any of their actual services.

Brandon does a thorough job. I have not had a mouse in my house since he has been coming and I think I can count on one hand how many bugs because as soon as I tell Brandon that he takes measure to fix it. Today he even killed a wasp inside my house. He does a great job best rep we have had from Terminex

Despite the fact that Terminix is a big national company, our experience with them feels so personal and localized. We have had the same technician for years (Tim), and we’ve come to know him as a friend. That small business feel, combined with the consistency and backing of a large, well established company, has created the perfect experience for us. Tim comes quarterly, and in addition, as often as needed. He is always responsive right away. We have had zero issues with critters and creepy crawlers since signing up. We recommend Terminix, and specifically Tim, to all our neighbors.

This company is an absolute joke. NOBODY should use them. I’d have better luck resurrecting my dead grandma and having her come spray for ants than trying to schedule anything with this company. I had a tech come out twice, and he still couldn’t get rid of my carpenter ant problem. Don’t get me wrong, the tech was super nice, but my property is an active rental, and I continued to have guests complain. They have some garbage ‘24-7’ number, and the call center refused to give me anyone’s actual phone number. They would randomly text me saying a tech was scheduled for days I specifically told them they couldn’t come. Seriously, I would give this company negative five billion stars if I could. I found another local company who got rid of my ant problem after coming out once, and the owner was super easy to contact. Nobody in the world should use Terminix—ever. They’re expensive, can’t solve the problem, and are harder to find than the Loch Ness Monster.
