Every representative, from the chat operator to the inspector to the gentleman who buried the termite bait feeders to the gentleman who set the mousetraps and sprayed the house perimeter, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Each of them were excellent ambassadors of a firm my family has relied upon since the 1960s. Bravo!

I've been waiting 5 days for someone in corporate to call me back about services I'm paying for and didn't recieve. They refuse to cancel my auto pay. They refuse to let me cancel my account and come pick up their stations which they told me they would do in April. Customer service contradicts one another about their contracts and come to find out I NEVER ACTUALLY SIGNED SAYING I WAS OKAY WITH THE TREATMENT PLAN which I just found out 6 months after the fact because they couldn't be bothered to tell me there was an online account and that I would have to "request servicing" when I was originally told someone would be out to check monthly and that my house was infested.. to find out that service rep apparently lied. Don't know I'll find out when the next one comes today to inspect for damage and tell me if there actually was an active infestation or if they just lied to stick me in a contract unfortunately I feel like they lied but don't know for sure because I've been seeing them in and around my home since last April was told all activity would cease to exist by August it's now October and im still seeing them. Also you can purchase the same bait stations 20 of them with chemicals for 293 online.. instead of paying 2,000 for nothing. You're welcome DIY or call the next guy.

The service has really gone down in the last few years. I've been a customer since 2021. Terminix performed the exclusion service, proactive termite prevention and pest service. At first the techs were great. Now its a headache to schedule service and its hit or miss if the tech shows up on the scheduled date and time. You will receive notification of a new upcoming service less than half a day in advanced. I rescheduled my work schedule to accommodate for the yearly exclusion check and the tech didn't even show. I scheduled an appointment since I have found some mice in the basement and the tech didn't want to bother with it. The tech noted he couldn't see anything about my exclusion contract through his system however I showed him via my Terminix account. I wouldn't recommend Terminix to anyone. I am paying $70 per month for this level of 'service'. I am updating my review as a follow up on the latest. The tech called back and acknowledged they were able to locate my exclusion contract. An exclusion came out and set some additional traps and scheduled an exclusion service follow up for Saturday September 13th. I receive a text late in the afternoon of Thursday that the tech will be at my house on Friday September 12th which doesn’t work with my work schedule. I don’t understand why there is always a last minute change via last minute text messages. I can be flexible to an extent with my work schedule but it’s difficult to accommodate last minute changes with limited notice.

About three months ago a family member brought a baby squirrel into our house to rescue it and found a few fleas on it within 10 minutes so we brought it directly to a wildlife rehabilitator and called terminix to treat for fleas. Four days later the tech Anthony showed up and treated the house. A couple weeks later we had a flea problem so Anthony came back to treat our house again. This time I monitored him on our surveillance cameras and he spent 3 minutes in our house so I called the branch manager Todd and he fed me bs about it only taking that long to treat a three story house. I checked the surveillance clips from Anthony's first visit and he spent the same amount of time in our house the first time. The next tech to treat our house verified that Anthony could not have treated our house in 3 minutes. It took this tech 21 minutes, the next time 30 minutes and there have been two or three more visits and we aren't done. The branch manager Todd tried to feed me some crap about my cat bringing fleas in when she's always treated as opposed to being Anthony's fault for not treating the house. I've had to bring my cat to the vet 3 times because she gets flea allergy dermatitis when she gets bit and one time due to getting tapeworms from the fleas. I've also had to have the carpets cleaned twice because of flea dirt and spent the summer vacuuming the house while being sick from my own flea allergies and I'm severely disabled. I've spent thousands of dollars on this problem that should have been eradicated quickly and spent my whole summer sick from the fleas while trying to keep up with the vacuuming. Don't hire Terminix. I wish that I hadn't hired them.
