Absolutely amazing! We had an issue pop up so I called and they were able to squeeze me in same day. Jean came out and took care of all issues and said if we notice anything pop back up to give a call and they’ll come right back out. So glad they were able to get this taken care of so fast with great customer service!

We have a very bad experience with Terminix WPB branch. We have a commercial contract for well over 20 years, this is a small 7 townhouse community in Ocean Ridge, Florida. The termite problem has not been addressed in years! The termites are destroying the wood trusses , Terminix is not doing proper treatments, their spot treatments are not working. The only treatment that may work at this time is tenting, but they are ignoring it. 20+ years paying for lack of proper services is unacceptable, if you are a reputable company then stand behind your services. Tried to get in touch with Les Wattenberg, no response. We need competent representative from your branch to address our issues asap, return calls and emails will be a start. I also see a number of "positive" reviews on Google which are being posted right after a posted negative experience someone had. Many reviews in one day, does not look real to me honestly. Are these "positive" reviews actually posted by real customers or is this a PR attempt to boost the rating? Read reviews on Yelp, this is pretty bad. 1.5 stars on average seems more in line with what we are experiencing in regards to the provided services, level of competence and responsiveness. Update 05-27-2025: Your tech came a week ago or so, this is not the first time that you are attempting to do treatment in our unit. The termites appeared again. Same thing that has been happening here for years. These spot treatments are not working, need to do better than that. Please have this addressed asap, this is unacceptable.

I’ve been using Terminix now for many years, and the service is absolutely Top Notch..Jerome is my main technician and he’s one of the best people i’ve ever worked with hands down. Anytime I need him he’s a phone call away, and always gets here quickly. He’s reliable, dependable, and always gets rid of whatever pests pop up. Living in Florida, bugs are a reality of life in a house sometimes - but every time i’ve had an issue Jerome and Terminix have come to the rescue, and they’ve exterminated every single pest i’ve ever come across..And the great thing is they keep coming back until they’re all gone..Thanks to the maintenance they do also though, I rarely get much in the house, and they’re always on top of everything 100%..I very, very highly recommend Terminix as a long time customer, and I couldn’t be happier with them..Thanks 👍🏻👍🏻
