With Rob Podd @ Terminix I always receive a five-star experience. Rob is the most friendliest, and happiest hard worker ever! He whistles while he works on the outside of my apartment. That's how I know he has arrived. Then he does the inside everywhere and I have been so happy with his Service. I DO NOT LIKE BUGS! They scare me. Having the Terminix service is a great gift to me. Alberto was excellent and listened to our needs offering us multiple options. Brandon the tech was simply the best tech I ever had for any work at my house. He diligently addressed our issues and didn’t stop until I was completely satisfied. He will come back and reinspect in 4 weeks to make sure the problem is gone. Great service!

Terminex assigns a technician to take care of all your exterminator needs. Kevin has replaced the mouse traps, taken pictures and sent them to my phone with updates of the progress removal. He's always available to talk or text if I have any concerns with insect issues. He sprays once a month for insect control. Bob the site manager has been out here a few times. We had discussions about termite control if needed. I highly recommend Terminex.
