DO NOT USE THEM for Dry Wall Termites in Key West. Tented, paid almost $400 / year for preventative coverage, and after 3 1/2 years had a reinfestation. They confirmed the reinfestation, treated with foam. When that was insufficient, they confirmed the need to re-tent (took thee visits by two technicians). Their agent put us on the schedule for tenting (I now know that agent was subsequently fired). However, their customer service 888 number rep looked online and confirmed that we were on the tenting schedule several days beforehand, and I spent $800 prepping for the tent. The day of scheduled tenting came, and no one showed up. I called customer service, and they told me I was never on the schedule, and also told me I hadn't talked to their customer service agent either. These are not trustworthy people. And their preventative insurance is a TOTAL RIPOFF. Note: this app forced me to give a 1-star rating; zero isn't available.

Great communication, quick service. Most importantly, took the time to speak in depth with me, not just about the bugs, but spent time to build a relationship with the customer. Good job, any company can kill the bugs, but few companies take the time to capitalize on the lost art of treating people with respect, taking their time, and actually letting the customer feel like the job at hand and the money that changes hands is not the only thing that matters.
