I have a rodent issue. When I contacted terminex the representatives on the phone was very professional and scheduled an appointment for someone to come out and inspect the situation very quickly. Alexia came on time. She was very knowledgeable about my needs. Took time to explain what she needed to do. Then stayed and explained everything in detail. Talked over the price with us and made sure we were comfortable with it. Alexia also scheduled the follow up appointments to start the work. Within a few days we had Eric come to do the first step he was a very nice gentleman also very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Later that same day Adam came to do his part in the plan. I have to say this company has an amazing team with great care for their customers. I highly recommend this company for any pest control service
