I have not been impressed with other contractors at all, but Terminix surprised me by being the best. I highly recommend Sam and Kirk!

This company is GREAT if you want to be disrespected, gas lighted, and treated like a dog on the street. Not only does the manager (Marc I believe) have a nasty spiteful attitude but he also treats you exactly like he would a cockroach. I wouldn’t trust him to swat a fly outside my front door step. The one person that was not only professional but very kind at this company who had a love for all living things, was terminated when a family member passed and he chose to take time off to heal. There’s one thing to be responsible and professional, it’s a complete other to be just plain cruel. My business goes only where it is not only valued, but respected. So if u like being trapped like a rat, here’s the company for you!

I just wanted to edit my review previously. I used Terminix in the past and my appointment was with Sam who drove to my house to talk about what was needed. I recently reached back out to Sam for my grandmother who is stubborn and will not leave her hundred year old home for anything. So Sam came in to discuss the roach infestation and we have seen an unbelievable turn around after the home was treated. I have Sam’s contact saved and will continue to recommend this professional and this company.
