Very unreliable. They show up when they want to, no conformation until they’re already outside. You call to make an appointment on your time and they change it to a time that works for THEM without telling you which crazy seeing as I’m the one paying. Have been trying to get them to service my house for 2 months now and I’ve finally had enough. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

Have been their termite customer for over a decade, using the Byron, GA office. Experience with annual examination is spotty. They text you to inform you when they have decided to show up -- but then, don't. I called service number, who could not get in touch with Tech supposed to be doing the work, and who could offer me little more than attempt to reschedule 3 or 4 weeks from now (but representative was very pleasant). This has been my experience at least 4 times during the contract. Company will respond, "We're sorry. Please contact us so we can resolve this..." but I already have contacted them, to no avail. Had them do pest control for several years, but the quality of the work was so poor, I moved to another pest control company. Cannot recomment Terminex in this region.

Be mindful of the contract!!..even if you want to cancel it they won’t let you cancel. They will continue to sponge out every financial transaction. You can call and write and they still won’t let you break contract. Please be aware because this isn’t for the weak. My pay is over accumulating. And they still refuse to cancel even without having employment.

I hardly ever review, but I feel compelled to for this case. My husband scheduled an appointment for an inspection. No one ever showed up and we waited over four hours. We did not receive any communication regarding re-scheduling or anything like that. My husband finally called the local office to see what was going on, and they just gave excuses saying it’s not always in the estimated time frame (even though we waited an extra hour after the timeframe given!) Based on the other reviews, it looks like we’ve dodged a bullet. We’ll be taking our business to a competitor. Our time is just as important as anyone else’s. Terminix dropped the ball.

Don't be tricked!! They will try to sell you a service and tell you if you have any issues between visits, they will come back and service for free...that is a LIE! Initial service was $160 and it rained the very next day (I was told I needed to wait 2 days before mopping inside, so obviously the rain would have washed away the exterior treatment!). When i called them to have them come spray again, they tried to charge me. They said the "free visit" doesn't apply to the initial treatment ...nobody told me that!!! So $160 later and I still have the issue I originally called about (crickets in the house), and they want me to oay another $43! I would absolutely NEVER refer ANYONE to Terminix!!! They are deceitful and a ripoff!

Mr. Dylan Confer, district or reginal Manager, was very thorough with the initial inspection, and he spoke in layman's term and took pictures a to explain the consequences of not treating the situation(s)/problem(s). The team that followed the inspection, communicated what they were doing, and again took pictures. They took their job seriouly! I have already recommended Terminix to several others, because there is a need to have your home or business inspected for pest. There is no need to have unwanted critters, at home or at your place of worship or work, which may cause you,your family, or guest harm.
