Right now I’m not happy. They say they’re going to be here between a certain time and then they run late and then they spend an extra hour and a half sitting in your car talking on your phone before even coming to my house. Made me miss a doctors appointment.

Jimmy and Jake came to do our inspection. They honored the time they said they would arrived. They were very thorough. After the inspection was done they both sat with me to explain the findings and offer up solutions. We definitely recommend Terminix for your pest control.

am still a fairly new customer with this company, but my experience with this company thus far has been very satisfactory. They sent a guy name Exavier Ligon to my home for a follow visit & to address some concern I was having with ants etc and he came out and did an amazing job!. He covered everything! Very detailed! He was able to locate the source of my issue & has given me a peace of mind regarding my home and property. Again, He did an excellent job! He was also very professional & knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I would admit, I didn’t 100% know if this company was going to live up to their name or the sales speech when first starting with them (I hoped they would but didn’t know); however, they did just that! They did what they said they would do. I would Highly recommend this company, if you are needing a company that will stand by their product! Thank you Exavier Ligon & Terminix for making this another great experience with this company!
