As far as pest control, Joel is by far the best technician. He is knowledgeable, extremely professional and cares about his customers and their homes. But as far as any other services the local branch offers. I do not recommend. I recently had Terminix complete an encapsulation for my home. They have major communication issues between technicians and management. They have communication issues between the contracted electrician. I had several no shows with the electrician being scheduled and him not showing up. I was told the job was complete several times. But after my inspection I noticed areas in the crawl space that had no barrier layed down. Several crawl space vents not closed off. The job that was explained to me is not the job as explained. I can’t put all the blame on the technicians. They are following guidance from their management and training from their company. I went all the way to the general manager and still he has no concern of getting the job done correctly. He pushes it off to the technician supervisor. Even after getting the technician supervisor involved, and him promising me it’s complete. It’s still not. I have not been able to access the crawl space due to ongoing back issues. But I know for a fact one of my crawl vents is not sealed and the walls are not taped as by GA code. My next step is possibly contacting the state to see what I can do. The only reason I am still using this company for pest control is because Joel is an outstanding employee. When he leaves I will find a new pest control company.
