Very expensive for what their actually do. The techs that come or are great but I do not recommend Tetminix. My Termite bait stations had not been checked in too long and a couple of them had no bait! There's a spot at my front door that looks like termite damage but who knows if they will actually repair it in a reasonable about of time or at all!

Mr. Thomas takes good care of us and we’ve never had a complaint about his service! He always does a thorough job and we have no roaches or bugs! Since we live in the woods between crop lands, the occasional mouse can’t be helped, but he checks to see if we need new sticky traps, which we rarely do. We’re very pleased with the service and he’s a very nice man!

For the money, Terminix is the best deal as far as I can tell, especially if you have a bad problem that requires multiple treatments, as they offer an absolute guarantee and will come out as often as necessary for the duration of the contract. Every time I called Joe he was ultra responsive and usually made it out within a day or two, tops, every time I asked him to come back. He even went back just for an inspection before I returned home after being out of town because I was worried my bed bugs were coming from another unit and possibly had returned. He happily did everything I asked and even handled it when I was out of town. If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars, I would. Everyone I dealt with from this company was down to earth, easy to deal with and nice people all around. And they absolutely fixed my bedbug problem in a hurry!

Our technician (Ken) is great. Contacts us before and after treatments, makes himself available if we need help in between, is friendly and provides solid advice. However compare to the cost of my neighbors similarly effective, if not as friendly, service, ours seems overpriced.
