I use terminix as my regular pest control company. I've been using them for at least 17 years. They have always been super in arriving on time or calling if they'll be delayed. I'm very happy with their service. The reason I called them recently was because I have wasps coming down my chimney into my house. When they came out they were able to identify the wasps as paper wasps. They opened my flue and were able to extract a lot of dead, and living wasps. Since they can't use a pesticide in the chimney, or climb up to the top they gave me a possible solution to the problem, which I was grateful for. The service people are always very friendly, and answer all my questions.

I am very happy with the service we received from terminix. We discovered a termite problem, I called them that morning to set up an appointment as I was horrified, they arranged an appointment for someone to come out at 6:00 that evening to see what our problem was. They were here for at least 2 hours leaving in the dark. They actually went under our crawl space, took all kinds of photos, set us up with bait boxes all before they left. The servicemen were done and Jesse and I couldn't ask for a better service from them. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that thinks they might have an issue
