We’ve been using Terminix for years. They come in and treat our place and then we don’t have to worry about roaches for the next few months. Simple and easy. Their technician Sione is friendly, punctual and easy to get a hold of. He replies quickly to our request for a special inspection and treatment outside of our normal contract and finds time to schedule a treatment for it within a reasonable amount of time.

He takes his time to check all of our areas of need, occasionally letting me know where bait traps have been entered, points out preventive actions we can take, and does a great job—we rarely have any pests in and around our buildings. J.R., our technician, was absolutely amazing! He was punctual and arrived with such a great attitude. I was so worried about the roaches in our home, as I started to see more of them, and I became extremely concerned. J.R. Was respectful of my home, had such a positive attitude, and was so knowledgeable about the treatment. He put my mind at ease. He answered all of my questions and completed his service efficiently.
