Previous client. I have a terrible beetle infestation in my bathroom that happened in under 2 hours. Talked to customer service for almost 20 minutes before he asked for my card. I gave him 2 different cards that had money on them and he kept saying they didn't work when I was looking at my acccount and they were fine. Never asked me for the card code. Customer service from this person was awful but I've had good experiences in the past. Good luck.

I waited for 4 hours and no one showed. I called, and they told me it was rescheduled. No one even reached out to me to let me know. Then when I called, I was bounced around to different people. This would have been my first service. I am not impressed with how unorganized they are. I better not get charged for this since I called and cancelled due to a no call/no show. If they treat new people like this, I can't even imagine how the service is going forward.

In my opinion The Terminix sales representative, Lance Leary is the reason why I continue with the company. Other companies promise better prices, but I really appreciate the professionalism of Larry. He calls the day before scheduled service and asks if there are any particular pest issues and where on my property they are located. When his work is completed, he provides a detailed written report that I appreciate. He's not pushy, but professional and friendly. Accordingly, I highly recommend Mr. Lance Leary of Terminix as the primary reason why I give him a the highest grade possible.
