Amazing company, came by and did a free inspection for potential bat/bird infestation. Gave me an amazing offer on a vent guard installation and even did a few extra things around the house to fix up trouble spots. Highly recommend Mike Stinson, he was friendly and extremely knowledgeable!

They don't value your time. I setup a date and time to get a quote for mice extermination. That date came and went. No contact. I called the customer service line and setup a new date to get a quote. Same thing. No text, email, call or anything from them to say they needed to reschedule. I wouldn't waste your time with this company

I hired Terminex in Utah to come and service my home before I moved in. I had requested that both the interior and exterior be serviced because I knew the interior was infested. I made sure someone was at home to let the technician in. He only serviced the exterior. I called back and asked for the technician to come back to get the inside. Once again, only the exterior was serviced. I have now moved in and seeing spiders. I called to have my house serviced again. This time wanted to be there personally to ensure the interior was covered. The non local operator was very helpful. She scheduled a new appointment but could not schedule a time when I was available. She stated she would request that a local manager would reach out to me to schedule an appointment. I never received a call from the manager but they scheduled an appointment at a time that I couldn’t be available with the same technician who didn’t get the interior on the first visits. I spoke with the technician and told him my schedule and he stated that he wiuld set something up for the upcoming Saturday. No one showed up. No call, no messages. Nothing.. Update...after I had initially given a 1 star rating, Terminex reached out to me and had a different technician come out and service the home. He did a wonderful job. I am guessing someone received a call from corporate. Too bad it had to come to that.

Mike my local Terminix technician is always prompt, friendly, performs the needed/requested services, and answers any questions or concerns I share with him. I've had other pest control services, but not had a consistent tech that I could count on. Keep up the great work.

Michael was awesome! He communicated amazing (something I think most businesses lack in today) and he educated me and did a very thorough job with our treatment. I had a pest control company come by last week trying to get me to switch, but service like this is why I did not!

Carlos came out to combat multiple wasp nests issues we were having on various parts of our home, backyard and playground area. He was thorough and went above and beyond to point up problem area and provided excellent, proficient service. We enjoyed that he was friendly and talked to us about exactly what needed to be done.

Ari is the man. We have had Terminix for years now after they absorbed one of the local companies we use to use with zero issues. Ari has been with us for about 3 years and has always been an awesome technician. He is very polite and asks the right questions every service. Always explains seasonal insect activity to look out for and advocates for a re-service if anything pops up after service. Truly a great tech. We get multiple companies offering pest services every year, but none of them have been able to compete with pricing and services offered by Ari and Terminix. Having a reputable company you can hold to account makes a big difference.

We have had Terminex service our home for insects and termites for several years. Within the last year they merged with another company. We recently discovered what looks like active termite activity. I've been trying to make an appointment for 2 days now. I've been place on hold and nobody ever picked up the call. I was told that our account has been migrated and there are hundreds of calls in the "Q"..... I finally got ahold of someone who promised a technician was call today. It's 5 pm and no call. I looked through my text messages and started calling random #'s. Finally I was able to get ahold of a technician directly who is coming out. He gets 5 stars. Terminex customer service gets 0-1 star. Frustrating !!! Super tempted to cancel our service but afraid we will have to start all over with the expensive upfront cost of termite treatment which was $$$$. Not a happy customer.
