I want to thank terminix for being reasonably priced. Also and probably most importantly friendly and customer service forward. Since I’ve started having them service my property, when I call the representative answering the phone is cheerful and always ready to help and set up an appointment. Scott the technician who comes out to service my property has been a pleasure to deal with. This week he serviced the outside of my home for spiders; he told me that spiders are hard to get rid of and while he will do his best to get rid of them I still may see them. I appreciate the honesty.

Justin was here today for our scheduled termite inspection. We were both pleased that there had been no activity. He also removed spiders from the outside of my house with a long duster mechanism and checked my mouse traps in the basement. There had been no mice activity! I highly recommend Justin. He is extremely thorough and always urges me to call him in between scheduled visits if I have any issues whatsoever. And my cat loves him!

We had our first treatment with Justin Milligan today. Our house had severe rodent problems when we moved in and with the help of Damon at Terminix we have eliminated all activity in the house and significantly improved activity in the outbuildings. We have been continuing to manage rodent and insect activity, and since Damon was promoted we have had a rotating cast of pest professionals. Today’s visit with Justin was excellent, he went above and beyond to clear the cobwebs, spray the property, change termite and rodent bait stations, and more. He has been very professional and we are hoping he will continue to manage our account going forward.

This was our first time with Terminix. Though it is too soon to say how their service does in our home we LOVED our interaction with the company thus far. Upon calling in they answer immediately with no waiting, no talking to a robot, they just answer and help as swiftly as they can. Soledad was our rep who came out to our house and truly I can say not only was she knowledgeable but also so friendly. She answered any and all questions I had and even addressed questions I didn’t even think to ask. She was patient with me because I truly did have a lot to ask and she chatted on what she was doing and why the entire time. This was our first session and she eased my apprehensiveness because we have two puppies as well as a baby due this fall. I appreciate this first time visit!
