He was knowledgeable about pests and the spray he was applying and he was cheerfully attentive to everything I asked him to address. We had Justin Milligan come out to do a service and was able to fully tell me the details of our service, what he did and where. He asked me if we had any issues and he immediately went and inspected the areas and then let me know of the best course of action. He also let me know that as long we notify ahead of time, he can do an inspection of the crawl space next service. All around a fantastic service and was quick but very friendly and knowledgeable.

I want to thank terminix for being reasonably priced. Also and probably most importantly friendly and customer service forward. Since I’ve started having them service my property, when I call the representative answering the phone is cheerful and always ready to help and set up an appointment. Scott the technician who comes out to service my property has been a pleasure to deal with. This week he serviced the outside of my home for spiders; he told me that spiders are hard to get rid of and while he will do his best to get rid of them I still may see them. I appreciate the honesty.

Justin was here today for our scheduled termite inspection. We were both pleased that there had been no activity. He also removed spiders from the outside of my house with a long duster mechanism and checked my mouse traps in the basement. There had been no mice activity! I highly recommend Justin. He is extremely thorough and always urges me to call him in between scheduled visits if I have any issues whatsoever. And my cat loves him!
