Terminix quarterly service inspection received recently was above and beyond! Our experience with our assigned skilled service technician, Derrick, is extremely professional and he spent a considerable amount of time communicating with family and checking out things we were asking about this past visit. He is reliable and has provided effective pest control services. Having Terminix service (both annual termite inspections and quarterly pest control inspection contracts), for over 25 years, we have been pleased with the quality services he delivers. Derrick is very thorough, he provides advance notice of inspection service appointments (works with us if scheduling issues arise), and he makes himself readily available to address any specific "bug" issues that might arise. The personal interaction with our friendly technician, Derrick, makes for a positive experience with easily communicating with him regarding "pest" control issues that may come up in between quarterly inspections, providing a process for identification and providing quick resolving/necessary actions During inspections, Derrick takes time to listen and answer questions and concerns when servicing residence. He has also provided solutions with the Terminix dehumidifier matter and has made himself available for providing solutions. When there are signs of mice, he provides the necessary "tools" to rid of them and performs extra treatments if needed in between scheduled treatments. Because of Derrick's overall knowledge and providing great service, his efforts toward providing services to maintain a pest-free home is greatly appreciated.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I called them because we had a mouse problem all of a sudden. Wanted to get on top of it because we’ve never had mice and didn’t want it to get worse. They came out multiple times to “fix” the problem. Nothing they did worked. None of the traps actually caught anything. I went out and bought my own traps & caught mice myself. I called multiple times to complain about them not getting anything done. They said a manager would be in contact with me to set up a plan. Nobody ever called multiple times! Now they want me to pay $200 for literally nothing and threatening to turn me into collections. Can’t get any answers and no help. I’m not paying for something when they didn’t do anything. I even reached out on Facebook and they said somebody would be in touch… still nothing. It’s been 3 months. NEVER USE TERMINIX.
