First time the service individual asked specifically what we needed sprayed. We explained we were overwhelmed with small gnats. He went back to his truck and called his boss. He then made a solution and sprayed the bushes. We were gnat free for almost four weeks. It was WONDERFUL!! When Terminix came around for the next treatment, we stated how the gnats were back and to please spray again. This tech informed us he was there to spray around the house. He didn’/ Termimix didn’t spray for gnats. We told him the first guy did. He said he didn’t and we could cancel our contract. We canceled on the spot. Terminix never reached out as to why we canceled after one application.

Great customer service! Called on a Thursday about an ant problem I was having trouble with. The lady was extremely nice and helpful and said a technician would call me to a schedule. He called within the hour and was able to come the following day. The technician was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and I have not seen an ant since!
