Terrible, stay away, staff does not show up for appointments you call and they schedule another and they don’t show up. The service guy showed up and said what do you want me to spray. I mean the regular service, and usually they do the drains he sprays something in the drains and he is like service is done and I was like you are not spraying anything around corners and he is like if you request, what type of pest control is it, and what terrible training to staff

I did not even have this service but neighbors across the street did...I get home from work to find my reflectors at the end of MY driveway had been run over and left in the mud as they drove through my yard. There were clear tracks. One of the Terminix guys was standing by his truck when I went to pick them up and he turned and says "It wasn't us". They apparently finished the job and go to pull the UHAUL truck out of driveway and almost run them over AGAIN. He had to maneuver truck a few times to actually drive on the road. Makes us wonder what kind of service this place does when they flat out lie to your face rather than saying it was an accident or something or drive in your customers yard not someone else's.

I set up an appointment online to have an inspection done at my house. The day before, I got a phone call from the inspector who asked if he could change the time to between 8 and 9 o'clock. I agreed. He said he'd make it the first thing in the morning. So I get up at 730 waiting for him to come.Wait wait wait eight o'clock comes and goes 9:00, 930 hits, I haven't gotten a phone call a text an email or anything. So I call him and he told me he got caught up in a conference call and he couldn't make it on time. Really?? I think I should have received a phone call possibly and I don't know. Is a conference call more important than your customers?? Apparently. So I told him to not even bother showing up at all. I'd give you zero stars if I could.
