On three consecutive days Otis, Brandon and James came out to my house to take care of a mouse problem I suddenly was experiencing. First time this problem has occurred for me. All individuals from the Terminix Mokena, Il location were knowledgeable, courteous and thorough in their jobs to rid my home of mice. My service technician Kevin is a very professional man… He always makes sure that I’m satisfied with his work. He calls me when he’s on his way and makes sure that I am home for my appointments so he can address any needs that I have inside my home. I would recommend him to everyone! This company has recently changed ownership but Kevin makes sure that my services are the same great quality as they were before. He is a big reason why I stay with Terminex/Anderson for pest control.
